Job description:
Note: Working format will be 6 days 6 nights across one calendar month.
· To ensure the provision of high standard care.
· To enable residents to live the lifestyle of their choosing.
· To provide a service which upholds the residents’ rights.
· To ensure all services provided maintain residents’ dignity.
· To ensure the staff group work as part of a team.
· To be involved in the general activities of the care home.

Main Responsibilities.
· To work in a flexible and professional manner.
· To take part in learning opportunities.
· To attend supervision to review and reflect on your performance.
· To ensure the safety and wellbeing of your residents.
· Report any issues of concern to your manager.
· To conduct yourself in a professional manor.
· To make yourself aware of the organisational policy and procedures.
· To maintain strict confidentiality in and outside of the home.
· Communicate effectively and respectfully to residents, management, staff, and visitors.
· To maintain residents’ privacy, dignity and independence.
· To promote safe working throughout the home.
· To lead by example.
· To ensure correct maintenance of all care records of the care provided

Experience:
Care Home Team Leader: 1 year (required)
supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
